Have you heard about metro sexual male?. Its quite become a trend I supposed. In a big city, you will easily found men with great suite, a silky-neat hair, a fine-cared skin face and a nice shape of body. Sometime, I get amazed with this kind type of men. I meant, I’m a women, but I’m not look as neat-clean as they are, it kind embarrassing me, you know he he.
Why male become so concern about the way they looks?. Its a trend or just a lifestyle ? Or, there is a consciousness perspective about beauty among men today?. Does body shaping, going to a beauty saloon to do hair and face treatment, going to skin health center, plastic surgery or do anything that usually related with women, become a common things for men today?.
Have you ever noticed, that sometime some men seem do their make up?. Lotion thing, or shaping their eyebrow?. My articles doesn’t mean to judge right or wrong. Its just curious to find out the reasons of this phenomena.
And you know what is more interesting?, according to a some researches, in the a last decade, cosmetic surgeries majority performed by women. But, now there is significant growing changes in men to do the same thing as women. And they tends to be dissatisfied with their body. According to a data, However, approximately 136,000 men fixed their noses, 48,663 doing liposuction surgery, 44,726 doing skin lifted, 27,817 men doing hair transplantations.
Why men today become so concern about it ?, some says men now get obsessed with beauty ideals like those long endured by women, some says its influence of feminism, many says that men’s perspective about they look and appearance has change, and some other says that was men’s effort to gain social acceptance and it was a biological and psychological forces, combine with modern society’s and the media’s powerful impact. Interesting isn”t ?…so what do you think…
